After creating the brand identity for Talaria, it was a privilege to design the visual identity for its sister store, Laurel…a beautiful new clothing boutique nestled in the Kootenays.

Working with passionate entrepreneurs who care deeply about their community is always inspiring. Watching a vision take shape and helping bring it to life through thoughtful branding is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

This reel showcases the logo toolkit created for Laurel…because strong branding isn’t just one logo. It’s a flexible system designed to work beautifully across every touchpoint, from storefronts and signage to social media, packaging, and beyond.

Wishing Laurel every success as they continue building something truly special.

Creativity can’t be forced.

But when it arrives, it wants to move.

It doesn’t care if your studio is spotless, your schedule is clear, or your workspace is anything more than a colourful folder full of scraps and possibilities.

Find a way.
Create.
Repeat.

✨ A little glimpse into my process.

For this website, my goal was to create something that felt as authentic as the person behind it…strong without being overpowering, simple without feeling sparse, and warm enough to invite trust.

From developing the creative direction to coordinating the photoshoot and designing the final experience, every decision was made to reflect the heart of this remarkable human and the work he brings into the world.

The greatest compliment I can receive isn’t that a website looks beautiful…it’s when someone tells me, “This feels like me.”

I believe the best brands don’t just look good…they feel true. Do you agree?

One of my favourite projects I’ve had the privilege of creating.

Designing this website was about so much more than layout and typography…it was about translating an extraordinary human into a visual experience. Discovering the threads that make someone who they are, then weaving them into something that feels true, is one of the things I love most about what I do.

Grateful for the trust, the creative freedom, and the journey.

Twenty years ago, my daughters began dancing with . From the very beginning, I watched Alix pour so much love, dedication, and heart into creating a supportive and joyful environment.

So when she asked me to reimagine her logo, I was so honoured.

Thank you, Alix, for trusting me with such a meaningful part of your story, and for having the courage to listen to your heart as you step into this new chapter.

One of my favourite parts of designing a website is getting to know the person behind the business. Every project is a collaboration, and I genuinely love bringing someone’s vision to life in a way that feels authentically them.

Thinking about a new website or refreshing your current one? I’d love to chat about your ideas. Send me a DM.

I love mixing my worlds…where art meets design and typography meets paint. My work lives in the space between structure and abstraction, where one informs the other and the other offers relief.

RELIEF! It’s what’s needed to active my divine. The invitation to create outside of the box, outside of the routines, outside of societal ideals… it requires courage and deliberate acts of rebellion and playfulness that one forgets as they adult. Though I delight in designing with precision, alignment and parameters. There comes a time when the creative shifts inside me and I need relief from all the things in life. I need to create in full expression! So I get messy, I mix, cut, glue, stamp, explore and I become more free. A somatic expression that’s uniquely mine.
No need for approval… I’m not posting for anyone to tell me their thoughts… but merely to prompt, to revive the possibilities of creating your way, anyway!
