Although we may have been absent from this platform for a little while, we are happy to say it’s because we have been hard at work. Not only have we been working tirelessly on client projects, we have also been secretly working on a very special secret project for many months. ⁣

After countless hours of work, and many sleepless nights we are happy to finally announce that Colshaw Media is becoming CMND Studio! 🎉⁣

We have been working behind the scenes on this complete website overhaul with SWTCH HOUSE and Colshaw Web and Media for the past eight weeks.

And this new look and feel very well portrays the high-standards that we hold ourselves to and the incredible talent and passion that our team has for every project that we take on.

Today, we are excited to share one of the sleekest websites that we've had the privilege of working on 🔥⁣

We really wanted to use this website as a way to showcase amazing work in a way that would allow the quality, attention to detail and beauty to shine through. We built a scalable platform that will allow them to continue to display their work in not only a beautiful way but also one that can be used as a strong marketing channel and a resource for their clients and employees. Special thanks to Mike at Blue Water Concepts and the team at SWTCH HOUSE for their help in bringing this project to life.

So happy to share our latest design project with Biota Fermentation 🍒

This Spent Cherry Chutney is made with cherries from Dageraad Brewing's 6 degree lacto-fermented Abbey-style dubble bier! Our mission was to create a design that would tie together the cherries, with their boozy origins. Thus, the visual you see below, a couple of "spent" cherries squishing each other to bring out all of their delicious flavours.

If you're planning to this season we highly recommend adding this lovely creation to your list. There are only limited quantities available so make sure to place your order now so you don't miss out

Q: What do you get when you combine beer + design (aka two of our favourite things)?
A: A super cool new beer label! 📝 🍻

We recently worked with Another Beer Co to create custom labels for two of their newest beers, launching this week!

First up is the Priorities DDH Hazy DIPA.

Inspired by the name, we created a cork board style design featuring a handwritten to-do list and hand-drawn illustrations to give it a disorganized and chaotic feel.

In order to match the modern look and feel of our updated website we recognized that we would need to refresh our offline presence as well. We know the importance of a good first impression and for us that first impression often begins when we hand a potential client one of our business cards.

Our original design was initially developed over 3 years ago and as time went on it was clear that it did not reflect our evolving brand image. When working on the new design, our main goal was to translate the simplicity and elegance from the updated website from a digital medium down to a physical form in order to help create a more cohesive and inclusive brand image. The end result? These sleek, minimal, modern looking beauties that we can't wait to start sharing with our current and future contacts! 😍
