Do you have a Microsoft e-mail account such as Hotmail or Outlook and find that new messages seem to be missing? It's likely due to the Focused Inbox option being turned on.

Focused Inbox filters messages into two different tabs; while this filtering can be helpful for some, it can also cause headaches trying to find your mail.

Below are instructions on how to change this option in the old and new Outlook, as well as through your browser, and have just one Inbox.

Turn on Focused Inbox, and move items between Focused and Other folders, Includes instructions for new Outlook, classic Outlook, and the web versions of Outlook.

A friendly reminder that support for Windows 10 fully ends in October this year.

For those who haven’t done so, you can still enroll in the extended program which will continue to provide security and patch updates, but once October rolls around, Windows 10 systems will be left exposed.

*PLEASE NOTE: your computer with Windows 10 will still continue to work past this time. What you will not receive are security updates, bug fixes, or technical support. This leaves systems vulnerable to viruses and spyware (having anti-virus on your computer is great, but it will not protect holes in the operating system code).

Unfortunately, the price of hardware components has skyrocketed recently. If you are looking to replace your computer with a new Windows 11 system, feel free to reach out for recommendations
