Please be advised there is a major service issue affecting all of Ontario, at this time all customers connected to the cogeco cable infrastructure are offline. There has been no updates provided by cogeco at this time as there system has now crashed due to the volume of calls. We are currently awaiting updates from there infrastructure team . Our systems have detected a massive infrastructure failure on the Cogeco infrastructure Ontario Wide. All cable service customers connected to this infrastructure are offline , we have attempted to contact the cogeco infrastructure department however there systems have now crashed due to the mass volume of customers reporting issues. We are currently awaiting an update to this outage.
