Some projects just mean a little more.

Working with The Billon Foundation was one of those. A group rooted in care, built to support comedians through every stage of their journey, and driven by a genuine desire to give back to their community.

Our role was to bring that heart online in a way that feels clear, welcoming, and easy to navigate. From shaping the full brand identity to designing and building a website that tells their story, everything was created to reflect who they are and who they serve.

Now, their platform does more than just exist. It helps people understand the mission, get involved, and feel connected right away.

From our first conversation with NCI Technical, one thing stood out right away. They genuinely care about the people they serve.

Not just about fixing issues or managing systems, but about being the team businesses can rely on when things feel stressful or uncertain. That kind of steady support builds real trust over time, and you can feel it the moment you meet them.

Our focus was to bring that same sense of clarity and confidence into their online presence.

We designed and developed a website that feels clean, capable, and easy to move through. Clear service pages. Direct messaging. Real faces from their team. Everything structured so business owners can quickly understand what NCI offers and feel comfortable reaching out.

Alongside the website, we built and now manage their Google Ads campaigns, making sure they show up when local companies are actively searching for IT support and cybersecurity solutions. Visibility with intention. Growth with strategy.

We also partnered with Verra Creative , who produced NCI’s video content and helped bring their story to life in a powerful, authentic way. Having strong visuals that showcase the team behind the work added another layer of connection to the overall experience.

This project was about creating alignment. Their reputation in the community is strong. Now their digital presence supports it fully.

She’s a Nanaimo author with an incredible story and a voice that carries so much strength. When she reached out, she wasn’t looking for anything over the top. She just needed a space online that actually felt like her. Strong. Honest. Grounded.

So we took our time with it.

We created her entire brand from scratch and then built a website that feels clean, welcoming, and easy to explore. A place where her books can shine, where readers can learn more about her journey, and where new chapters can unfold as her audience grows.

No fluff. No noise. Just thoughtful design that puts her story first.

Parhar Group is a family built company with deep roots in our community. Over the years, they have helped shape spaces where businesses grow, families settle in, and neighborhoods come to life. There is something meaningful about working with a team that truly cares about the places they build and the people who use them.

Our role was to bring that story together from the ground up. We created the entire brand and designed and developed a clean, modern website that makes it easy to explore their developments, browse available spaces, and understand the vision behind each project.

Clear navigation. Straightforward property search. Strong visuals. No clutter. Just a digital experience that reflects the professionalism and heart behind the Parhar name.

Meet Brennan.

Brennan is the van-driving and guitar playing Founder and Creative Director at Mindsai Creative.

When he’s not steering his 1983 Volkswagen Vanagon around Vancouver Island, or mixing up craft cocktails with TravelBar , he’s dreaming up some bold designs that pack a punch.

7 years ago, Brennan started Mindsai with goal of connecting designers and creators to craft strong brands and better futures for businesses. Since then, that dream has become a reality, and Mindsai now shares a fully renovated and professional studio with our partners at Verra Creative , with many more exciting prospects on the horizon!

We're very excited to see what the future holds.

This was definitely in the top 3 for most fun we’ve had while working on a project.

ATV Adventure was the kind of business that brought people together. Friends, families, first-timers, and seasoned riders — all sharing the same trails and the same excitement. Rooted right here on Vancouver Island, they built something special by focusing on good experiences, great people, and unforgettable days outdoors.

That spirit carried through everything they did. Our role was simply to help tell that story online.

We designed a website that feels just as welcoming and easygoing as the experience itself. We displayed clear tour options, straightforward booking, and visuals that reflect the energy of the ride. Nothing overcomplicated. Just a digital space that works the way it should.

With the help of .creative and we helped build a content package that was like something out of Top Gear - and we got to go on several ATV tours in the process!

ATV Adventure is closed for the time being, but we hope that we can fuel this company back up again sometime soon!

Meet Juneau.

Head of team spirit, morale booster, contract closer (unofficial), and the true heartbeat of the studio.

Juneau may technically be our most junior team member, but her impact is unmatched. She’s the first to greet clients at the door, the loudest supporter during long design sessions, and the reason everyone remembers to step away from their screens once in a while.

Whether she’s supervising meetings from her chair, enforcing mandatory walk breaks, or reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously, Juneau brings energy, warmth, and joy into everything we do.

As Branch Manager, she keeps the balance between focus and fun.
And yes, she takes her role very seriously. Especially when treats are involved.

We wouldn’t have it any other way.

At the heart of VATS Consulting Inc. is something refreshingly simple. People who genuinely care about helping other businesses grow with clarity and intention.

VATS was built around real conversations. The kind that cut through noise, focus on what actually matters, and turn big, overwhelming goals into clear, actionable roadmaps. Whether he is shaping a new brand or building something special in Framer, Chris makes sure everything we create together is built to last.

His ability to simplify the complex is at the heart of how we work. He does more than just design; he builds the foundations that allow our clients to grow with confidence. We are so grateful to have his vision and his heart as part of our team.

Here's an all-time favourite.

When Nootka Wilderness Lodge reached out, they already had something incredible.
A floating lodge tucked into Nootka Sound, world-class fishing and West Coast calm only a handful of people get to experience.

They wanted to tell their story, and fill their bookings for the upcoming season more effectively.

While organic reach was making some waves, it wasn't doing enough on its own - and ads platform setup needed some attention. So, we sat down together and asked the simple question: how do we get the right people to discover this place, and actually book it?

From there, it was all about intention.

Teaming up with Verra Creative we went on a week long trip documenting the experience and helped them create a media package for our NWL's ads platforms.

We then built a full-funnel paid strategy that focused on storytelling first. Showing the experience, not just selling it. Pairing strong creative with smart targeting, thoughtful landing pages, SEO adjustments, and constant tweaking based on real performance - then we started to see major improvements.

Web and socials traffic climbed.
The right visitors showed up.
Bookings followed.

By the end of the campaign, the season sold out.
Website traffic jumped by 400%.
Revenue was generated.

More than the numbers, this one felt good. Helping a special place get the attention it deserves is why we do what we do.
