Wishing the happiest of birthdays to our talented Art Director, Sarah! 🎉

Sarah has a way of seeing where a project is going before the rest of us have even wrapped our heads around it. Give her a task and somehow it comes back thoughtful, a little whimsical, and just ✨gorg✨. Her artistic vision is unmatched, and she has a talent for adding those little details that make everything feel special. She was also voted most likely to survive a zombie apocalypse out of the entire office, which honestly feels very on brand.

When she’s not making everything at JAC look gorg, Sarah’s probably tending to her ever-growing collection of plants and flowers, settling in for a scary Netflix movie with a gin, or spending some quality time with her beloved (and slightly eviiiil) Nala. 🌿🐈‍🍸

If you're looking for Allan today... don't wait until 5:01 PM. He'll already be halfway out the door.

As our lead gen king, Allan has a knack for turning data into results. He's analytical, strategic, and always thinking a few steps ahead to make campaigns perform at their best. And while you'll often hear his smooth, voice-over voice around the office...good luck convincing him to be in front of the camera.

Outside of work, you'll probably find Allan adding to his Pokémon card collection (collecting them, not actually playing the game... that's for nerds), sipping a hot coffee, cooking up another lunch that has the whole office jealous, or identifying just about every Newfoundland species you can point at.

Here's to another year of big wins, great coffee, perfect leads, and making it to 5:01 PM. We're lucky to have you on the team, Allan.

Nick brings a calm, kind energy to JAC, along with the curiosity and technical know-how that keep us exploring what’s next. He’s always willing to lend a hand, share what he knows, or dive deep into a Reddit thread to find the answer. He’s thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet.

Outside the office, you’ll probably find him cruising in his Subaru BRZ, talking about cars and airsoft, enjoying an Iceberg beer, or playing video games while patiently waiting for the new Grand Theft Auto to finally drop. He’s also the kind of player everyone wants on their team, so if Nick’s in your squad, you know you’re winning.

One thing's for sure, you never quite know what's about to come out of Devon's mouth, but you do know it's probably going to have the whole office laughing.

Whether he's building websites, solving problems behind the scenes, or casually creating reels in his spare time that have the social team questioning their career choices, Devon brings creativity into everything he does. His music taste is elite (and generously shared with the office), his artistic talent is unreal, and he's just as good behind a paintbrush as he is behind a keyboard.
