Folks, please let anyone know who isn't computer savvy to fall for phone calls or pop ups that "lock" your computer. No reputable IT company will call you to tell you something is wrong with your machine. I've had numerous calls of people being hacked this way in the last few weeks. Please, if you think something is wrong with your computer, or get told something is wrong with your computer, please message me or another reputable IT company to ask.

Do you have an Android phone that the apps seem to keep crashing? See below!

Update: Just after 11 p.m. PT on Monday, Google issued a permanent fix for the app crashing issue. It involves updating both Android System WebView and Chrome to version 89.0.4389.105:

Navigate to Play Store app
Search for Android System WebView
Select the “Update” option
Repeat these steps for Google Chrome

For those of you who may not be aware how scams like: "This is Microsoft, if you send $300...." Work, watch this. Not only will you feel good about the scammers getting scammed, but learn some invaluable insights.

I've also seen many of the "I'm short some money, can you buy..." Type e-mails coming in lately,, generally coming from someone you know. Do NOT fall for the scam! Call the person first, do not send money/gift cards/etc. If you ever have any questions of questionable content coming in, feel free to send me a message and I'll provide the best advice I can!
