Allow me to shift to a more serious tone for a moment... Monday, the 9th, marks World Tester Day. I encourage you to consider the often underappreciated nature of a career focused on identifying faults. While it is crucial and undoubtedly contributes to an enhanced overall experience, my over twenty five years, yes, 25, of experience in the field have shown that expressions of gratitude for this work are rare. Testers operate behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users, but their efforts to pinpoint developer and project errors frequently go unacknowledged. On September 9th, on world tester day, I urge you to spare a thought for these testers and offer your appreciation, as their vital work often goes unnoticed.
