Last week, Chris and Laurie attended the WSI Global Conference in Cabo San Lucas. The theme for the event; Waves of Innovation.
It was a week of focused learning and sharing with our WSI colleagues from around the globe.
The discussions and presentations revolved around AI adoption, evolving AISEO best practices to improve lead generation, growth, revenue generation and online credibility for our clients. The concept of "search everywhere optimization" was a common thread.
We talked about the future of digital marketing. AI is changing how buyers gather information and evaluate providers. We know that buyers increasingly use AI before speaking with vendors. AI visibility is now crucial to being found for your products and services. Leading with strategy, helping clients produce value-added content and have the technical capabilities are the keys to our client's success.
Angie Carel, AI Advisor gave us solid tips about Claude and its power to improve our process efficiency.
The keynote speaker was Andrew Davis, who spoke about the Loyalty Loop. He shared that growth is not only about getting new customers but also about creating an experience that keeps people coming back, referring and trusting you more.
