September 30th is The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. One year ago I started my beading journey with this pin, I made a commitment to finish it and wear it to honor the lost children who never returned home from residential schools and the survivors.

Sunday, June 28 at 11 a.m. in front of the Myra-Cree Library (15, rang de l'Annonciation, Oka). In case of rain, the library will host the event inside.

Fiftteen artists, enthusiastically participated in this exploration of our humanity to offer a multi-faceted vision reflecting the complexity of who we are. Two of them are from Kanehsatake. More photos after the event!
