This week, our Montreal office was operating at approximately 300% capacity.

For one week, employees and some partners, contractors, and resellers from around the world filled our meeting rooms, hallways, and coffee stations with conversations, ideas, and more than a few jokes.

There was plenty of learning and planning for the year ahead, but some of the best moments happened between sessions: catching up with colleagues, meeting teammates in person for the first time, and sharing stories with people we usually only see on a screen.

Weeks like this remind us that behind every simulator, project, and customer success story is a team of passionate people who genuinely enjoy working together.

Really looking forward to the next one.

AI is one of the hottest topics in the industry right now, but what does it actually mean for workforce training?

In this article published in Western Builder, our product growth manager, Alan Limoges explores how AI can support instructors and trainees by providing guidance, streamlining training workflows, and helping organizations make better use of performance data.

The key takeaway? AI isn't replacing hands-on learning or experienced instructors. It's helping make training more consistent, scalable, and effective.

Are you evaluating your current training approach or looking to modernize it? This is a useful place to start.

Training has evolved significantly over time, and we wanted to help organizations better understand both the strengths and limitations of on-the-job training as workforce development needs continue to change.

How do you balance productivity with learning?
How do you reduce risk while giving trainees meaningful hands-on experience?
How do you standardize training outcomes across different instructors and jobsites?

In this article, we explore the pros, cons, and best practices of on-the-job training, as well as how simulation technology can help strengthen traditional training programs.

Tell a student they can try a simulator and they'll be curious.
Tell them someone else got a better score and suddenly they're FULLY determined.

That's exactly what we've been seeing all week at SkillsUSA.

It's one of the things we love most about simulation-based training. It turns learning into an experience people genuinely want to engage with.

And when students are engaged, they're more likely to build confidence, develop skills, and discover a passion for the trades.

Today's the final day of the SkillsUSA exhibits. Don't miss your chance to stop by Booth #343, take on the challenge, and see if you can beat the score to beat!

Thank you to everyone who already stopped by and to the SkillsUSA organizers, it has truly been a great time.
