Business Operations, Construction Technology, Automation & AI
Growing a business should create more opportunity—not more administrative complexity.
I help growing businesses simplify how work gets done by connecting the people, processes, information, and technology behind their operations.
Through Ocean Data, I work with business owners and operational leaders to identify where work gets stuck, where information gets lost, and where disconnected systems create unnecessary cost, delays, and frustration.
We start with the business—not the software.
What I help businesses improve
Business operations & process design
- Map workflows from the first customer interaction through delivery, invoicing, and payment.
- Clarify responsibilities and handoffs between teams.
- Identify repetitive work, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve performance.
Construction technology & project operations
- Connect office, project, and field workflows.
- Improve the flow of drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, project updates, and cost information.
- Help teams make better use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), now part of Autodesk Forma, and connected business systems.
Business systems & automation
- Design and implement workflows using Zoho CRM and relevant Zoho One applications.
- Connect CRM, project management, service operations, accounting, and reporting.
- Reduce duplicate data entry and make critical information easier to access.
Applied AI & intelligent workflows
- Explore practical uses of Claude AI and other appropriate AI tools.
- Assist with document analysis, information extraction, summaries, knowledge retrieval, and repetitive administrative tasks.
- Design workflows with appropriate permissions, verification, and human oversight.
Approach
1. Understand how the business operates today.
2. Identify the problems that matter most.
3. Design a simpler, more connected way of working.
4. Implement the right combination of people, process, software, automation, and AI.
5. Measure the results and improve over time.
The objective is straightforward: give people better information, reduce unnecessary administrative work, improve operational visibility, and create more capacity for meaningful work and sustainable growth.
I believe technology should serve the business—not force the business to work around technology.
Start with the process. Connect the systems. Measure the outcome.
If your business has outgrown its current way of managing information and work, let's start with a conversation.
