Just wrapped up a fantastic and successful week at the GAWDA SMC.

It was great reconnecting with customers, partners, and industry friends while having meaningful conversations about where our industry is headed.

There was certainly a lot of discussion around AI, automation, and emerging technologies, but one theme remained constant throughout the event: our core business is — and always will be — serving our customers.

Technology will continue to evolve, and there are exciting opportunities ahead to improve efficiency, insights, and operations. But at the end of the day, success in our industry still comes down to relationships, responsiveness, trust, and helping customers run their businesses successfully.

That’s what makes the GAWDA community so strong. The collaboration, openness, and willingness to share ideas continues to make this one of the most valuable events in our industry.
