The fashion industry has long been criticized for its environmental impact.

An estimated 30% of all apparel produced is overproduction — with inventory in perfect condition either being destroyed, written off, with most going straight to landfills or the discount rack, depleting billions from the bottom line.

But now, with on-demand production, the future of fashion is looking more sustainable!

By only producing what is needed, on-demand production reduces textile waste and emissions from transportation.

At Moda Match, we are also doing our part by offering solutions such as our Digital Models and Virtual Fitting Rooms, which not only increases representation but also makes it easy to try on clothes, decreasing the need for returns, thus reducing waste.

This shift towards on-demand production not only benefits the environment but also allows for more personalized and accessible fashion for consumers. It's a win-win situation for both the industry and customers.
