We’re excited to be a participating studio for 's upcoming Designathon on November 29–30.

The Designathon is a weekend-long event where designers work in teams on projects for non-profits, providing an opportunity to give back to the community and design for a cause. We can’t wait to see what the teams at our studio create!

If you’re a student or junior designer, this is an amazing chance to gain real experience, collaborate with industry mentors, and work on a project you can proudly add to your portfolio.

As part-time co-workers at Union Studio, they love having a beautiful, inspiring office (and yes, the free coffee ☕). But the best part? The people. Whether they’re brainstorming marketing ideas or debating aliens 👽, they always leave feeling energized and inspired.

✨ Member Highlight ✨

Meet Emilie Cormier () founder of .branding - a boutique agency helping entrepreneurs across Atlantic Canada build iconic brand identities through strategy, design, and storytelling. Her projects have supported organizations like la Fête nationale de l’Acadie, the Congrès mondial acadien 2024, and a wide range of local businesses. Alongside her team, she’s currently leading the municipal branding project for her hometown, Nouvelle-Arcadie.

Beyond GOAT Branding, Emilie teaches art classes, has painted murals, and is passionate about supporting the arts and creative industries. As a Union Studio member of Creative Union, she values the camaraderie, collaboration, and downtown Moncton energy that the space brings to her work!

💡 Fun facts: Emilie is a proud cat mom to Bean 🐾, she’s most creative late at night 🌙, and she loves to travel whenever she can ✈️.
