BJW Electronics Ltd is one of the largest in Southeastern New Brunswick Commercial and consumer electronics repair services center serving greater Moncton and the Atlantic Provinces since 1981.
We offer a full range of repair services such as tv and audio equipment repair, computer repair and virus removal, Arduino and Raspberry Pi supplies, circuit board and cable repair, music equipment as well as industrial equipment such as underground camera systems. We have earned the trust of over 50 major electronics manufacturers who have appointed us as a warranty service provider and five major retail chains who send all their service work to us.
With over 100,000 parts in stock, BJW Electronics provides home service, pick-up, and deliver services to commercial and residential clients.

Position Scope:
This position is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a high performing, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with strong writing abilities to become a key member of our growing team.
As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for general bookkeeping, including ensuring accurate day to day maintenance and recording of the financial transactions.

What you'll do...
• General bookkeeping duties
• Communicating with current vendors
• Writing emails, memos, letters and documents for staff and clients
• Processing accounts Payable
• Processing accounts Receivable
• Data entry - compile, enter, check and reconcile data
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliation
• Daily/weekly sales reports
• Warranty claim reports
• Month/Year-end reports
• Invoicing
• Working with an accountant
• Other duties that may be deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
• Attention to detail
• Friendly and willingness to learn
• English or French (bilingual not necessary)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organizational Skills
• Team player
• Problem Solver
• Efficient computer skills
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
• Office administration experience (1-year)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Position Term:
Part-time (2-3 days / week) or Full-time
Flexible hours
-2-Weeks vacation per year (for Full-Time position)
