This is an important lesson for anyone that is responsible for managing projects or looking to develop or build a product. Unfortunately I still see companies trying to throw as many people on a project as possible rather than proper planning and setting goals based on data. You can’t just take number of hours and divide that by number of people, it’s not how it works.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to my wife for always encouraging me and motivating me. The life of an entrepreneur is not always easy but it helps when you have good people around you and helping you. My wife also has her own business and is also starting her own blog and yet she still finds time to help me. So to all of you who stand by and help and encourage all of us I want to say thank you.
