Some phones come in with no signs of life at all. This was one of them. ⚡

This Samsung S22 Ultra was completely dead — no boot, no display, nothing. The problem was deep: the CPU and RAM had lost their connection to the board.

The fix? A full reball. We removed both chips, cleaned off the old solder, laid down a fresh grid of micro solder balls under each, and re-seated them with precision. Power restored. Phone back to life. 📲

This is one of the most delicate repairs in the game — and we do it in-house. 🔧

Dead MacBook. No power, no light, nothing. 💻

This A1706 came in completely lifeless. We went straight to the board and checked the ISL chip — the charging controller. Its output? Zero volts. That chip was gone, and without it the MacBook could never turn on.

We replaced the ISL, restored the voltage rail, and brought the whole machine back to life. ⚡

Board-level repair means fixing the real problem — not selling you a new logic board. 🔧

Some recoveries take patience. This one took a rebuild. 🔬

The iPhone came in restarting every three minutes — nowhere near long enough to pull anything off it. The damage was between the board layers: broken pads deep in the stack.

So we rebuilt them. Then we Frankensteined the phone together on a jig to hold everything stable and keep it powered long enough to move every file across. 📲

Photos, messages, memories — all recovered. 🙌

This is the kind of work most shops won’t even attempt.

Some phones don’t just die — they short out. ⚡

This iPhone 14 came in with a dead 5V line. A high-power rail had shorted straight through a capacitor and taken the power IC down with it. No boot, no signal, no life.

We traced the short, replaced the failed components at board level, and pulled every photo, message, and file off it. 📲

Board-level repair is what saves your data when everyone else says it’s gone. 🔧

Cracked glass on an iPhone 17 Pro Max? Doesn’t mean a whole new screen. 📱

We separate the broken glass from the display, laminate a fresh layer on, and send it back looking factory. Original OLED, original colours, original touch — just without the cracks. ✨

Precision work most shops won’t do in-house. We will. 🔧

PS5 dead? Black screen? No signal? 🎮

99% of the time it’s the HDMI port — bent pins from a yanked cable. We micro-solder a brand new port onto the board and your console’s back to life. No data lost, no reset. ✅

We dropped in a new battery and it powered on… but the screen wouldn’t respond to touch. The real culprit? Two failed microchips on the board. We replaced both, brought the touch back to life, and recovered every bit of the client’s data. 📲

This is board-level repair most shops won’t attempt. We do it in-house.

Client thought their data was gone for good. The iPad wouldn’t boot — the CPU had lost connection to the board. 🔬

Our fix? We reballed the CPU: carefully removed the chip, cleaned off the old solder, re-laid a fresh grid of micro solder balls, and re-seated it with precision. Boot restored. Data recovered. Client speechless. 📲

This is board-level repair most shops won’t touch. We do it in-house.

📱 Cracked iPad glass doesn’t always mean a whole new screen. Here’s the repair most shops won’t do. 👇

This iPad came in with the front glass completely shattered, but here’s the key: the display underneath still lit up, showed a clear picture, and responded to touch perfectly. The screen wasn’t the problem. The glass was.

So why do most shops quote you $250 to $600+ for it? Because on a modern iPad the glass and the display are laminated together, fused into one unit with a layer of OCA (optically clear adhesive) between them. The easy move is to throw the whole assembly away, your perfectly good display included, and bolt in a new one. You end up paying for a screen you didn’t need to replace.

We do it the harder, cheaper way. Swipe through the slides 👆
🔧 Step 1: We carefully separate just the cracked glass from the display, lifting the broken layer off while leaving your original Apple screen and its adhesive intact. One wrong move here cracks the display too, which is exactly why it takes the right equipment.
🔧 Step 2: Old adhesive cleaned off, then we align a fresh piece of glass dead-square to the original display in a jig.
🔧 Step 3: It goes into our OCA lamination machine, which bonds the new glass to your display under controlled vacuum and pressure. That’s what recreates the factory, gap-free finish, no bubbles, no haze, no air pocket. A hand glue-up doesn’t come close.

The result: your original Apple display kept, brand-new glass on top, and an iPad that looks like it was never cracked. ✅

When does glass-only work? When the glass is cracked but the display still works (clear picture, normal colours, full touch). If the LCD itself is damaged, lines, black spots, dead touch, then the display has to be replaced too, and we’ll tell you that up front instead of doing a repair that won’t hold.

Cracked iPad (or iPhone) glass but the screen still works? You may not need a whole new display. Free diagnostic, and we’ll tell you honestly which way to go.

Cracked iPad screen? Don’t pay for a full assembly when you don’t have to. Glass-only replacement means we separate the digitizer from the LCD — saving you serious money. It takes specialized tools, controlled heat, and a steady hand, but the result speaks for itself. 💪
