For those of you who don't know what I do, I'm a graduated Network Engineer and MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician). I'm just starting out so things may change along the way. I would like to offer a few basic things right now:
- Computer security (clean up of threats or infections, set up AV)
- Internet and email setup
- Router and network setup (wifi included)
- Backup and Rest

I am able to remotely connect to your computer if you have internet access and fix some issues that way. I would also like to offer a basic computer tutorial/walk through for the not so tech savvy person.
