It's week! Every dollar spent on Smile Cookies supports local charities. In Regina, Family Service Regina , United Way Regina and Canadian Mental Health Association, Regina Branch are the recipients for a second year in a row! 🥳

I am proud to have created these self-care journals (with prompts) to help support our youth's mental health.
