Missed calls are lost jobs.

Fanshawe Driving School in London, Ontario stopped missing them in May. Since then Sowa Answers has answered 2,106 calls for them — 27% of those after hours or on a weekend, when nobody was at the desk. 101 calls came in in a language other than English, across eight languages, and every one was answered in theirs.
