What humours me… When Technical Support companies offer (or force you to sign up for) Basic - Gold - Platinum levels of support and service.
So as someone in need of Technical Support, I’m supposed to wait days, weeks, months for assistance, if I’m not on platinum?
Am I supposed to be ‘happy’ in receiving lower quality and sub par communications/resolutions, if I’m not on platinum?
Am I made to be forced into going platinum to receive the full efficiency and effectiveness of the company I am relying on for Technical Support?
