We’re excited to celebrate an amazing achievement in our 20th annual United Way Elgin Middlesex fundraising campaign — 79% of our team stepped up to participate this year!

Our team came together not just to give, but to get involved, taking part in a variety of fun fundraising activities that brought energy, connection, and a lot of smiles to the workplace.

Thanks to the generosity of our employees, our company, and the personal contributions of our founder, Paul Seed, our collective donations have now surpassed $5 million since we began this partnership.

A heartfelt thank-you to our entire team for demonstrating the power of community and showing what’s possible when we lead with compassion, creativity, and purpose.

A special shoutout goes to our United Way Committee for guiding another successful campaign and inspiring such strong engagement.

Our team gathered today to celebrate the holiday season and to recognize the successes and momentum we've built together this year. A festive lunch and some fun activities, including cookie decorating, made it a meaningful way to connect and reflect.

For the past seven years, our Groveport, Ohio team has been proud to support The Byron Saunders Foundation in ensuring families throughout our community have a warm Thanksgiving meal.

This year, the team donated four pallets of boxes to help package food donations for delivery—and then put their expert packing skills to work by volunteering to prepare Thanksgiving meal kits just in time for the holiday season. We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work, generosity, and commitment to such an important cause.

This week marks the kick-off to our 20th annual fundraising campaign in support of United Way Elgin Middlesex .

We were honoured to welcome guests Kelly Ziegner and Faith Morrison from United Way, along with Impact Speaker Alexandra McCoy, who shared powerful stories about how United Way’s programs are changing lives across our region.

As part of the campaign launch, our team took part in an Impact Tour, visiting several local organizations supported by United Way. Seeing the direct impact of these initiatives first-hand was inspiring and a reminder of why our continued support matters so much.

A huge thank-you to our United Way committee for organizing engaging activities and fundraisers throughout the office this week — helping raise awareness and encouraging everyone to get involved.

Final stop on our 40th Anniversary Celebration Tour: Northampton, UK.

We wrapped up our global anniversary celebrations at the beautiful Grendon Hall, where colleagues came together for a day of connection, fun, and a little friendly competition at the casino tables.

The celebration concluded with a wonderful sit-down dinner — a perfect way to reflect on 40 years of teamwork, innovation, and shared success.

It was fantastic to spend time with our team, who play such an important role in supporting our customers and partners across Europe.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us over the past month, whether in person or remotely, to celebrate this incredible milestone together!

🎃 Happy Halloween! Our team went all out for one of the most anticipated days of the year — our annual department-themed costume contest!

From Connectivity Wizards and Data Avengers to IT pain points and an 80s throwback honoring our company’s roots, every team brought incredible creativity, spirit, and teamwork to celebrate this fan-favorite holiday.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined in, both in-office and remotely, and to our StarTechers Connect team for organizing another spooktacular event!

40 Years of StarTech.com: The Celebration Continues!

The second stop took us to our Distribution Center in Groveport, Ohio, where we continued the 40th Anniversary celebrations.

We kicked off the day with a global Town Hall livestreamed to our teams around the world, followed by some well-deserved food, fun, and friendly competition at Topgolf in Columbus. It was fantastic connecting in person with our amazing team members who keep our products moving—ensuring quality and availability for our customers and partners every day.

Next up: Europe! We’re heading to Northampton, UK next week to continue the celebrations with our colleagues across the pond.

Bad weather couldn't keep our team away from the United Way Elgin Middlesex Plane Pull event today!

Two teams from our London, Ontario office worked together to pull an over 40,000 lb Air Canada Dash 8 and show their support for United Way.

Congratulations to our teams, and United Way for their continued impact in supporting our community. We're looking forward to kicking off our annual United Way Campaign next month!
