Honest question for business owners: how many lines are on your company phone plan, and how many are actually being used?
I just found 7 unused lines on a client's bill. They'd been paying for them for months.
If you're not sure, send me your bill. I'll tell you straight.

Tuesday afternoon. A contractor's up a ladder and misses 3 calls. Two of those callers book someone else.
That's not a phone problem, it's a revenue problem.
Missed-call text-back fixes it — every missed call gets an instant text back, and the customer stays yours.
If you run a trade business, this pays for itself in the first week. Message me.

I'll defend this one: the carriers make it complicated on purpose.
Plans, add-ons, fine print, hoops — none of it needs to be this confusing. It just keeps businesses overpaying for things they don't use.
That's why people like me exist. Someone has to sit on your side of the table and make sure you get what you need. Nothing more, nothing less.

A client was paying over $1,500/month for 16 phone lines. 7 of them weren't even in use.
We cleaned it up, moved them to a Canada/US/Mexico plan with more data, and the bill came in under $750. They also got 6 brand new iPhone 17 Pro Maxes.
I never oversell. I match the plan to what you actually need — nothing more.
When's the last time someone went through your bill line by line?

One of my customers runs a farming business. Terrible reception with her old carrier out in the country, and she had a pregnant cow she wanted a live camera on at all times.
We switched her to a carrier that actually works out there, added a data SIM for the camera — same spend as before.
Now she checks on that cow from her phone whenever she wants. She couldn't believe how easy we made it.
That's the job.

One brokerage. One relationship.

The reason we do it this way: most businesses have a mobility rep, an internet rep, a payments rep and an insurance contact, and none of them talk to each other. So nothing gets looked at together, and renewals land whenever they land.

Running it through one team means somebody's tracking all of it — when each contract ends, what's up for renewal next, and where two services should have been quoted as one.

Our team handles it between us, and you're not re-explaining your business every time something comes up.

If there's a TV in your waiting room, your lobby, your shop floor or your restaurant, it needs commercial service.

Residential accounts aren't licensed for public-facing spaces. Most owners have no idea — the TV was set up years ago by whoever was around, and it's been running on a home account since.

It matters for two reasons. Licensing is the obvious one. The other is that commercial packages are built for the room: mute-friendly channel mixes, sports where it makes sense, controls that don't hand the remote to every customer.

Worth checking what account that screen is actually on.

Fleet tracking has an image problem. Owners hear it and think surveillance, so they never look at it.

What it actually gives you is data you're currently guessing at:

Which jobs are running long, and whether you're quoting them right
Proof of arrival when a customer disputes the invoice
Fuel and idle time you can't see from the office
Maintenance based on real engine hours instead of the calendar

The crews that push back hardest usually come around once the first billing dispute gets settled in thirty seconds instead of thirty minutes.

Send us one bill.

Not a commitment, not a meeting first. One recent invoice — mobility, internet, phone system, merchant statement, whatever's bugging you most.

I'll read it properly and tell you what I see: what's competitive, what isn't, and whether it's worth doing anything about. Sometimes the answer is you're fine. That's a useful answer too.

You keep the findings either way.

Most businesses pay for lines nobody uses.

It's the same pattern every time. Someone left and the line stayed active. A tablet was added for a job site that finished. There's a spare phone in a drawer that's been billing quietly since 2021.

None of it is a scandal. It's just that nobody owns the audit. The bill arrives, it's roughly what it was last month, it gets paid.

The fix is boring: pull the line inventory, match it against who actually works there, cancel what's dead, right-size what's left. Usually an afternoon.
