Not one to complain much about service providers... But Rogers new AI Chatbot is horrible. AND when you finally get it to put you through to a live agent. It basically tells you they are too busy and hangs up. Anyone else having similar issues. I feel bad for clients when we spend hours just trying to troubleshoot faulty Rogers equipment.

Not every contractor understands the type of TV you are installing. But we do. This client needed their Samsung Frame mounted. With the electrical surface mounted and no place to put the One-Connect box, she called Unlimited Home Theatre for a solution. It turned out great and our client was thrilled.
