Dear Valued Customers,
We are closely monitoring the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and would like to update you on our state of operations as well as how we are addressing consumer and staff safety here at Leduc Appliance & Electronics Ltd.
At this time the store will remain open. We continue to monitor the situation and are working closely with suppliers to avoid potential disruptions and extended wait times for our customers. We will communicate any changes or closures to the store via facebook and on our website at www.leducappliance.com.
The following measures are being taken to ensure a safe environment at the store:
• Cleaning and disinfecting regularly touched objects and surfaces.
• Temporarily removing the public water dispenser.
• Maintaining social distancing (6 feet).
For all customers:
• We recommend you call ahead so that we can take your order over the phone. You can then pickup in-store or make other arrangements to receive your product(s).
• Practice social distancing with others around you and avoid all physical contact with other customers and staff.
• Follow all preventative health protocols as outlined by the Government of Canada and World Health Organization (WHO).
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for the virus or if you have recently travelled abroad, we ask that you please refrain from visiting the store and place any orders or inquiries via phone.
