One of the best parts of this job is seeing your work come to life in the real world! Creating the new visual identity for X3 AVIATION was already pretty exciting, but the thought of seeing our logo, on actual airplanes? So cool.

My boys are fully invested, and every plane overhead gets a careful inspection to see if it’s “the X3 plane” 😂 Guess we’ll have to plan a field trip, so they can see them in person!! 🚁✈️

Introducing the new X3 Aviation ✈️

Formerly Wetaskiwin Aerial Applicators Ltd., Corey and his team were ready for a new name and visual identity, while keeping the same team and quality you trust!

Inspired by their home airport code (CEX3) where they have operated for 45 years, this brand is grounded in the land, the community, and the years of work behind it. The X + 3 are intentionally connected, forming one strong, unified symbol reflecting how everything works together - their team, the aircraft, the pilots, and every job they take on.

A flight path moving through the mark adds a sense of motion and momentum, while creating flexibility across the range of aircraft that they operate 🚁

Bold, simple, and built to stand out, this identity is designed to be instantly recognizable, whether it’s on a plane, equipment, or seen from the ground.

A brand that honours their roots while confidently carrying them into what’s next. Because for this team, “it’s never just work, it’s a way of life”.

Introducing the new brand for Kin Integrated Child Health, a new clinic coming soon to Edmonton 📍

Rooted in connection, the relationship between the “i” and “n” was designed to reflect the bond between the child and the professionals supporting them, with the child at the center.

The circle branding brings in a playful, human touch while also representing the many people involved in a child’s journey. Therapists, psychologists, speech and occupational specialists, educators, caregivers, and families all working together through one system of support, creating an integrated child health clinic experience for the whole family.

The result is a brand that feels warm, collaborative, and approachable, thoughtfully balancing the expertise behind the care with a welcoming experience families can trust.

I can tell you, I never thought I’d be the one doing visual branding for a hockey association! But becoming a hockey mom changes you, and if you know me, you know I always go all in!

When I stepped into the volunteer role of PR Director with DMHA, I saw so much potential. An opportunity to build something that truly reflects the heart of the association. The pride, the people, the energy that lives far beyond the game.

We already had something our players, families and community were proud of. It just needed to consistently reflect that same sense of identity and connection every time it showed up.

Because when it looks good, it feels good, and when it feels good, it builds confidence, pride, and momentum that carries far beyond the visuals.

And getting to pour my creativity into something that supports my kids, my community, and a sport that gives so much back… that’s the part that matters most 🖤🏒
