Send homeowner reports to all your past funded files once a month automatically outlining their penalty, their net savings, their current mortgage balance, along with a call action for the realtor that helped them to nurture that Realtor relationship and keep them top of mine as well. These are great reports to stay top of mind and the best part is we don’t charge extra for more files. You could have 3000 files in our system and it’s no additional cost.

Hate it when you set up an automated email to make your life easier but then you accidentally send them out at the wrong times? There are always exceptions to rules and when your automation is following specific guidelines it’s hard to ensure it’s always getting sent out when you want it to that’s why we added a setting where you get to approve or reject all your automated emails in your dashboard before them getting sent out.
