Few design projects seem to require as much deep thinking as a corporate logo (some would say overthinking—remember Twitter's tortured explanation for its new logo back in 2012)? One of the most basic decisions for any logo, though, is color.

Created three book covers written by James Redfiled:”The Celestine Prophecy, The Tenth Insight and The Twelfth Insight”. The common theme among those stories that inspired this project is that they are all about spirituality and finding your inner self. The style is minimalistic, bright colours are used to capture the attention of book enthusiasts who enjoy books about spirituality that evoke emotion for deep inner soul searching.

Created and illustrated front book covers for 3 books written by the mystery novel writer Josephine Tey. The target audience are females between 20-40 years old, who enjoy to read mystery novels. The book covers feature illustration of a horse, a hand and a silhouette of a women. They evoke the filling of a mystery that connects with the target audience.

Created and designed a poster advertising for the card game Werewolves of Miller’s Hollow (WMH). The main idea of this project is to introduce the WMH to young single women. The WMH is a social game based off the game ‘Mafia’, published by Lui-même and is ideal for 8-23 players. Main focus is on the entertainment value of action and mystery involved in the game. Target audience single women age 20-30.

Created and designed a logo for a fictional construction company, Brent Construction LTD. The primary logo consist of the letter “B” altered showing hammer and nail in the middle of the letter. The color palette used in this project is orange and gray, which are colours associated to the construction industry.

Cats at Home Feline Hospital (CHFH) is located in Cloverdale (Surrey), British Columbia. Target audience for CHFH are middle-class women, age 40-55.
To connect more with the targeted audience, the logo is updated and renewed, with new clean design and modern typography, this helps the hospital stand out more from the other veterinarian hospital in the region.
