Yesterday I had the honour of running a workshop on “Why your Marketing May not be Working” for the Greater Langley Chamber at CoWorks in Langley. It’s been a long time since I ran a workshop in person and I was excited to approach it differently with new in-the-room energy.

Last fall I began building my speaking career by sharing my knowledge with other business owners. It started with talks and led me back to facilitating a workshop, something I had been thinking about for a while.

My goal was to deliver content that got people curious, encouraged engagement and had them leave knowing what one action to put in motion right away.

Yesterday, in a room of 6 Langley business owners I took a deep breath and delivered my best workshop ever!

The group was small buy mighty and the advantage was that we had more time to really dig into things for each person’s specific business as it related to their foundation, visibility and branding. We all had a blast!

I want to personally thank Bernice Mills The Mills ✨ Chandlers for all her efforts that got me in the room. She was so helpful and had everything set up perfectly. I’d also like to thank Antonella and Antonella Green for the delicious baked goods we got to enjoy and Cory Redekop for delivering them literally fresh from the oven!

I’ll be delivering this workshop virtually on October 20th and again on November 3rd so keep an eye out for details coming very soon. It’s all about a marketing check-up and what may be causing your marketing efforts to be falling flat.

On a side note, yesterday was a launch pad for something really cool I’m creating behind the scenes. All I will say for now is that local female entrepreneurs, this is going to be for us and it’s going to be magical!
