Let me tell you why you should renew your mortgage with me rather than your bank!

Renewing with your bank seems like the more convenient option and they use that to their advantage but in the economy we're in, wouldn't you rather spend the extra time shopping for a lower rate to save some $$$? I can do that for you!

The fact is other lenders will help you find the best bang for your buck and below are the best ways to go about doing so:

✨ Speak with a mortgage broker EARLY, it is never too soon to seek advice on best practices come time for your renewal.
✨ Ask about your home equity options. You could pay down your high-interest loan and have a couple extra bucks towards your savings each month.
✨ You are eligible for rate holds within 120 days of your mortgage maturity date. Don't forget to lock in the best rate you can, the soonest you can.
✨ Look into a switch mortgage. Lots of times switch mortgages are free of extra fee's or carry very minimal fees. Why stick with a lender that is raking your pockets?!

Did you know? I am not only an IT guy but I am also a Red Seal Chef. In fact, I began as a Chef years ago but when my kids were younger I went back to school to become a computer guy ( as raising kids while working long hours in the kitchen was just too challenging) So now move forward to the present- my kids are grown up and moved out and I am back at being a chef at my Restaurant, Bed and Breakfast and Farm the Farm Table Inn.
