Manually actuated fan. It works better than expected, but I made a set of fan blades 1.5x larger for increased airflow

This turbine blade looks rougher than it feels, and if I dropped the layer thickness it would be smoother, but it would take longer to produce.

Once my bearings arrive, I will be all set for assembly.

Bah, I don't even understand how the printer pulled this off. Everything sliced nicely, no clear sign of failure.

Bah, I need to take a day or so to make some more TPU retaining rings to keep the printer from forcibly ejecting plastic spools.

TPU is great, but the slow printing speeds really leave something to be desired.

Still, I only need to make a few of them and then I can rest assured the spools will stay on the machine.

I like this model, but I am going to have to modify it a bit.

In my opinion the central spire needs to be taller, so that the cap can sit on top and be connected. The hollow in the skull cap suggests that the spire was once meant to securely hold the cap, but something must have gone wrong during editing, lol.

Skull coasters, Glow in the Dark blue.
