Thanks to everyone involved with the Doula Support Foundation fundraiser at the spire featuring the gertrudes, the weather station, and the Lemon Bucket orchestra.

The Doula Support Foundation offers doula care to the low-income family, this include giving emotional and physical support before, during and after birth to pregnant people as well as information.

Tonight and tomorrow night you can catch the HOGTOWN ALLSTARS at the Cove and as of next Wednesday the Downchild Blues band kicks off a cross Canada tour ending up in Kingston in a couple of months at the Grand theatre. Check out some classic Canadian blues!

We are seeking a Sales Clerk that is also proficient in Pro Audio / Lighting Prep to become an integral part of our team! The job involves sales, prepping and checking in rental equipment, taking bookings and assisting with delivery and set up of equipment.

Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers and identify needs
-Explain products and services to customers
-Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
-Enter and process customer orders
-Prepare rental equipment and explain how to use equipment to customer
-Take rental bookings and guide customer to an appropriate system for their needs
-Deliver and set up rental equipment

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to build rapport with customers
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Be comfortable using computers and be familiar with excel, word and point of sale programs
-Have a good understanding of PA systems
-Experience with lighting fixtures
-Have a drivers license
