This Marantz 2238B was fully serviced and re-capped. There were a lot of intermittent problems but after many lengthy bench sessions it finally sounds beautiful again.

This Hitachi HT-460 has new electrolytic capacitors, fully serviced controls and a restored transmission mechanism. It works beautifully now.

Rotel RA-840BX. The phono preamp was partially resurrected by rebuilding the transistor biasing string, but that only highlighted many other problems.

A repeat customer complained of poor quality left channel audio after inheriting this beautiful Luxman R-1030 receiver. A great deal of TLC was required to extract and service the input selector switch, but ultimately the effort was worth it. The sound quality is again surreal.
