As well, we can take donations and arrange flower orders from callers. We can also email the information to your clients. Quality is not just an assurance, it's a science. When it comes to quality, if you're the type that won't take someone else's word on it (and quite frankly, neither are we), we record each and every call so you can evaluate them for yourself. In addition to having your messages emailed, text messaged, alpha paged, phoned or faxed to you, the messages can also be sent directly to a private website. We also digitally record all calls for quality control and training purposes, and have CAM-X review them as well.
