Did you or someone you know order a replacement part recently? We received a dishwasher pump at our store, but it arrived with no name or contact info on the package (only ours)!

If you think this belongs to you, please stop by the store with your tracking number so we can verify it's yours and get it safely into your hands.

Parcel will be available until October 6th, 2026, at which time it will be returned to sender.

Pre-labeled packages: Already have your shipping label? Simply drop your package off with us.
Need a label? We can also provide shipping services for customers who require a shipping label to be created.

⏰ Same-Day Shipping Cut-Off

The latest time to drop off a parcel for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Parcels dropped off after 12:00 PM will ship out on the next business day.

🏠 Hold for Pickup Now Available!

“Hold for Pickup” option is now available at The Computer Place!

If you’re concerned that a parcel may not be successfully delivered to your address, you can request the Hold for Pickup option online or by calling Purolator @ 1-888-SHIP-123 (1-888-744-7123)

If a delivery is attempted but cannot be completed, the parcel may be redirected to our location for pickup. You will be notified if this occurs. When picking up, please have your tracking number and ID handy for verification.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have occurred during the process of getting our Purolator services up and running.
