The highs don’t last forever.
Neither do the lows.
In this clip from heCast Ep. 169, Connor Treacy talks about going through the full cycle: making money, losing money, building momentum, losing momentum, bouncing back, and reinventing himself.
His perspective is simple but powerful: everything is temporary.
It’s never as good as it seems, and it’s never as bad as it seems. The real work is learning how to keep going through both.

ADHD support often needs to go beyond medication alone.
In this clip from heCast Episode 167, Dr. Carey Heller explains that while medication may help with focus, it does not automatically create executive function skills.
Those skills include time management, organization, planning, task initiation, and follow-through.
He also talks about how ADHD can impact self-esteem, especially when people are not given the right tools, strategies, and support to manage the real-life challenges that come with it.

ADHD is often misunderstood.
In this clip from heCast Episode 167, Dr. Carey Heller explains that ADHD is considered a neurodevelopmental disorder, meaning symptoms typically begin in childhood, even if someone is diagnosed later as an adult.
He also breaks down one of the biggest misconceptions: people with ADHD can often focus very well on things they enjoy. The real challenge is often regulating attention when the task is not interesting, rewarding, or easy to engage with.
That is why advice like “just focus better” can be so frustrating and unhelpful.
