Unfortunately, it’s also weirdly useful.

WHY DO MARKETING AGENCIES SOMETIMES FEEL LIKE A SCAM? 🚩
You sign a contract.

You pay a few thousand dollars.

You get a report with 37 charts.

And somehow you still have absolutely no idea what anyone actually did. 😂

Sound familiar?

A lot of small business owners have had the same experience:

📊 Lots of “impressions”
📈 Lots of fancy dashboards
💬 Lots of buzzwords
💸 Lots of invoices

…but not a lot of actual answers.

Like:

Did we get more customers?

Did the phone ring?

Did anyone fill out the form?

Did sales go up?

😬 5 THINGS KELOWNA SMALL BUSINESSES GET WRONG

Before anyone gets mad…

We say this with love. 😂

Because running a small business is basically:

✅ Do the actual work
✅ Answer emails
✅ Post on social media
✅ Fix the website
✅ Figure out Google
✅ Chase invoices
✅ Wonder why nobody teaches any of this in school
✅ Repeat

So yes, mistakes happen.
