I had the genuine pleasure of helping out as the second shooter for candids alongside Long Run Media.

Whitney is an incredibly talented photographer, and I’m so proud to call her my best friend. Cattle, photography, and design are spaces we are both deeply passionate about. I feel incredibly fortunate to have a friend who truly understands the rhythm of this lifestyle, but also a peer who makes it a priority to build up other creatives in the industry.

The Perdue Jr. Heifer & Steer Show gallery is officially LIVE! 🌾

The editing is complete, and the full album from Saturday's show is ready for you. The weather co-operated beautifully, the cattle looked incredible, and the juniors did an absolutely phenomenal job showcasing their hard work out in the ring.

A quick sneak peek from yesterday’s run out to Saskatchewan for the Perdue Jr. Beef Show. 🌾

The day was stunning, the cattle looked great, and the kids were absolutely phenomenal out in the ring.

I want to extend a huge thank you to the Perdue crew for having me out to capture the event. A lot goes on behind the scenes to make a show like this run smoothly, and I so appreciate your trust in me to carry out this job for your exhibitors and families.

Heading out to Saskatchewan this morning. 🌾

Today, I’m looking forward to making the trip to photograph the Perdue Jr. Beef Show.

The show ring represents months of quiet dedication back home in the barns, and it is an honour to freeze those memories in time for the juniors and their families today.

If you are attending or showing, please come say hi. You will find me set up near the show ring throughout the day.

Long before the camera, the laptop, or graphic design, it was always just pencil and paper for me. I spent my childhood drawing and painting, and that raw love for art is what eventually opened the door to everything else I do today.

Even with a busy schedule, I still make it a priority to sit down and create pieces just for the sake of creating.

This digital sketch of a mature cow was a quiet project just for me, but I wanted to see how it looked when layered with the brown, green, and orange of the Sage & Soil palette. The final slide brings all three tones together into one piece.

We recently had the privilege of capturing a glimpse into the lives of a remarkable family near Andrew, Alberta. They are some of the most humble people you’ll ever meet, yet the work they do carries a global weight. Every sunrise they beat, every late night in the tractor, and every acre they seed is a direct contribution to feeding the world.

Hard work, determination, and a great day in the ring. 🌾

The full online gallery from the Vegreville 4-H Beef Club Show on May 25th is officially live and ready for the families and members.

I want to say a sincere thank you to the club for having me out. The determination and work ethic these kids showed throughout the entire day was incredible to witness. From the quiet preparation in the barns to the focus in the show ring, they represented their club and the industry so well.
