Reflecting today on a couple deep thoughts. 1) colonialism and how I as a 3rd gen settler descendant can actively participate & grow thru reconciliation and 2) I average 2 hours a day on my phone which a) seems low according to average and b) adds up to the equivalent of 60 full 12-hr awake days. S I X T Y. It goes to show why we all seem to struggle to “find the time” anymore. If you’re like me and wondering where it went, dare I suggest checking your screen usage. Yikes. I always say -I think the solution to so many of our problems comes back to our own dinner tables and the connections we foster and grow with loved ones. Let’s spend more time there. ….ANyWAY, I digress, here’s a pretty moment on a mountaintop of a couple in love. I love the way the wind teased the delicate edges of her dress in that moment 💕 make the most of today, this week, this life folks. I’m off to go dig in the garden and read in the hammock 💕 (and work on cutting screen time in half!)
