UPDATE!

Our new embroidery machines have arrived at the studio! We’re excited about what it will mean for turnaround times and the quality of your orders.

The not-so-great part is that the machines arrived only yesterday, a few days later than we hoped. And our installer is travelling from Toronto and won’t be here until Monday. This puts us a few days behind schedule, but we expect to be back at full production by Thursday.

A huge thank you to the delivery crew for all their hard work getting the new machine in and the old one out and on its way to its new home. We couldn’t have done it without you!

And did you notice all the new thread colours? We’ve expanded our palette, so there are even more options for your next project.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. Once we’re up and running, we’ll work day and night to complete every order and get it into your hands as quickly as possible.

Big things are happening at Moose & Sparrow!

Our studio will be closed to the public from Thursday, October 8 at noon until Friday, October 16 at 9 AM while we get some upgrades done and install our brand-new embroidery machines!

These new machines mean more capacity, faster turnaround, and even more of the custom work you love.

Big news from Moose & Sparrow!

First off — the Western Imprint Canada Show was a great trip. I made some awesome new contacts and got some ideas cooking that I think will let us expand what we offer down the road. Thanks for your patience while I was away!

Now for the biggest news... I've bought two new 4-head embroidery machines!

Honestly, I've been slammed the last several months, and it's been tough keeping up with demand. So I figured now's as good a time as any to invest in new equipment and get your orders to you faster.

In early October, the machines will arrive and be installed, and we will learn the ropes of all the new features. We'll be closed for about a week while that happens. I'll share exact dates once I have them.

Here's what it means for you:
- Faster turnaround on orders
- More intricate, detailed embroidery
- 3D puff embroidery on caps and more!

Quick Update!

We'll be closed tomorrow as I head to Edmonton for the Western Imprint Canada Show. Western Canada's largest event for promotional products, apparel, and decoration technology.

I'm looking forward to exploring the latest gear and connecting with suppliers from across the country. My goal is to bring back fresh ideas and new possibilities so we can keep growing what we do here at Moose & Sparrow and serve you even better!

Quick Update

Moose & Sparrow will close early today at 12:30 PM, as I’ll be heading out of town for our friend's wedding rehearsal.

I’ll be back open tomorrow at 9:00 AM and look forward to seeing you then!

One of my favourite parts of running Moose & Sparrow Creative Works? Opening up a fresh delivery of products, especially of thread colours.

I'm currently working with a new client, and even with over 100 thread colours already on hand, none of them were quite right for their logo. So I ordered in some better matches. And while I was at it, added a few new shades to round out the collection.

It might seem like a small thing, but getting the colours exactly right matters to me. When your brand goes on a hat, a jacket, or a bag, it should look like your brand! Not close enough. That's the kind of detail I care about with every project.
