Been busy with a few book covers. Finished painting this one for a book called “By Intelligent Design” by Alex Binkley. This one was sooo out of my comfort zone, but I’m very happy with how it turned out!

…More than three-quarters of humanity are wiped out in the blink of an eye. What does the world look like without them? How can those remaining survive on such a sparsely populated planet?

When a mysterious attack kills the majority of the population in Elmcroft, Ontario, Brian is left desperate for answers and determined to salvage what remains of society. As he and his daughter, Sarah, encounter other survivors, they begin to realize that those under the age of thirty are developing enhanced senses and abilities. These enhancements help the survivors to establish a close-knit community and restore essential services to the suburb of Bridgeview.

However, the fragile stability of the Bridgeview community is no utopia. Threatened by a fire, two unsavory characters carrying guns, and a mutating virus that may be the key to understanding the changes in those under thirty—life is a day-by-day existence.

If Brian and the other survivors don’t succeed in rebuilding their lives, they’ll fall victim to the dangers pressing in on them. Can humanity recover from catastrophe, or will it descend into chaos?

Very late in posting, but better late than never I suppose. This past year held more new projects that challenged me every bit of the way. I am proud of what I was able to accomplish, even with all the doubt in the back of my mind on some complex book covers and a lizard! Thank-you to everyone that commissioned a pet portrait with me. I cannot wait to see what 2026 will hold! Lots of love and appreciation today and everyday!
