“What’s your dream project?” Ask the Patch team and you'll get six very different answers. 💭

The common thread? A chance to bring our personal passions into the work we love doing. Books, music, women’s health, sports, and a really good patio… we’ve got a few ideas. 🩵

Swipe through our creative wish list and get to know what makes each of us light up.

Have a project that sounds like a match? We'd love to hear about it. 👀

A little extra celebration at Patch today… It’s Deb’s birthday! 🥳

Smart, creative, and full of heart, Deb brings so much to our team. We're grateful for her thoughtful leadership, kindness, and the care she puts into everything she does. 🩵 And a sweet fun fact: she shares her birthday with her son, Ottis! Double the birthday love in their house today. 🎂🎂

Happy birthday, Deb! Wishing you a day filled with matcha, books, kiddo snuggles and dog walks, plus a wonderful year ahead. 🫶

How do you measure the success of a business? Around here, it goes well beyond the balance sheet. 🩵

For our founders, Deb and Kim, success has never been solely about dollar signs or landing the biggest clients. It’s also about building a business where great work and a full life can coexist. (Fridays off? Yes, please.)

It’s trusting your team’s expertise, giving them room to grow, and cheering them on as they flourish. Creating a space where employees and clients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and being themselves.

As a women-led agency with an all-women team, we get to see that vision in action every day. Two strong women doing the thing, backing their people, and building something we're proud to be part of.

Good things happen when women lead. We're living proof – 17 years strong. ✨

A little creative reminder as we head into a new season. 🍂

The more we create, experiment, collaborate and try something new, the more ideas seem to follow.

Here’s to keeping the creativity flowing this fall. ✨

Ever wonder why the colour you loved on your screen suddenly looks a little… different in print? 👀

Our co-founder Deb is breaking down RGB vs. CMYK, why we use each one, and why understanding the difference matters when designing for digital and print.

Because when it comes to colour, what you see on screen isn't always what comes off the printer. 🎨

This makes our day!

There’s nothing better than taking an idea that’s been living in someone’s head and helping turn it into a brand they're genuinely proud to call their own.

Thank you, Mike, for trusting our team with the vision for Lords of Plunder Cards & Collectables. We loved bringing this one to life! 🫶

Introducing Patch Explains! 🍎

Our new series where the Patch team breaks down the design, marketing and social media questions you've probably wondered about, but never thought to ask.

First up, our Social Media Manager Nicole is tackling a frustration we know all too well: Why does Instagram ruin my video quality?! 😩

She’s breaking down compression, dimensions and exports, plus what you can do to help keep your content looking crisp.

Class is in session. 👩‍🏫

Happy Birthday, Kate! 🩵✨

From big ideas and clever captions to keeping our content calendars running like clockwork, Katelynn brings creativity, humour, and a whole lot of personality to everything she does at Patch.

She’s celebrating properly this year by being officially OOO for her birthday week, and we hope it’s filled with good books, time with Georgie, a little adventure, and absolutely zero content calendars. 😂

Happy Birthday, Katelynn! Here’s to another year of great ideas, big laughs, and finding the perfect caption on the 47th rewrite.

There’s something about September that always feels like a fresh start. 🍂

Maybe it’s the back-to-school energy, the return to routine, or the feeling that there’s still plenty of year left to make something happen.

For Kim + Deb, it’s a chance to regroup, look ahead and head into the last few months of the year with fresh perspective.

So consider this your reminder: you don't have to wait until January for a reset. ✨
