Aptitude is entering an exciting new chapter!

This April, co‑founder Bill Doane will step back from day‑to‑day operations as he begins a transition toward retirement. Since co‑founding Aptitude with Chris Brown in 2005, Bill has helped shape the company’s values, culture, and long‑standing client relationships.

We are also proud to announce that Sarah Jamer has been promoted to Partner. Since joining Aptitude in 2023, Sarah has become a key leader across projects and teams. She brings a wide‑ranging background in project management, marketing, sales, and governance.

Chris will continue as Partner and Technical Director and is excited to grow the business alongside Sarah. With a strong leadership team in place, Aptitude is well positioned for the future.
