I had the pleasure of designing this new banner stand for Wee Ones Dog Rescue, a project close to my heart and aligned with the ongoing work I do for the rescue.

The design builds on the visual identity I’ve developed across their brochure and social media content, creating a cohesive and recognizable look for the organization.

The photos included on the banner are of dogs that Wee Ones has successfully re-homed, grounding the design in the rescue’s mission and heart.

A banner like this is an essential tool for nonprofits; it strengthens visibility at events and fundraisers, draws supporters in, and helps organizations tell their story in a single glance.

I’m grateful to contribute my skills to a cause that means so much to me.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend SocialEast 2025, the largest marketing conference in Canada.

It was a fantastic experience representing Eastlink, connecting with so many talented marketers, and leaving with fresh insights and ideas to bring back to the team.

One of the most rewarding parts of being a designer is the opportunity to take existing content and reimagine it into something that feels fresh, clear, and visually engaging. Re-design projects in particular hold a special place for me, they challenge me to look at strong information and find ways to elevate it through thoughtful use of layout, hierarchy, and white space, ultimately creating a piece that communicates more effectively.

I recently had the chance to re-design a brochure for Wee Ones Dog Rescue Society, and this project was such a satisfying experience. The goal was to make the information more accessible and inviting while still reflecting the organization’s personality and heart. Seeing the finished product come together reminds me why I love what I do.

I’m hopeful this updated design will support Wee Ones in the incredible work they do, helping more dogs find their forever homes. 💛

The new Eastlink store on Spring Garden road features updated posters and window clings I created, carrying on Eastlink's look and message.

It’s exciting to watch this location evolve and to see the branding carry through in a cohesive way.

There's something that never gets old for me—the thrill of seeing something I designed out in the wild.

Taking a picture and sharing it with friends and family never loses its magic. It's the same excitement I felt as a young designer just starting out.
