Post-Wireless Survey using Ekahau Site Survey Pro Calgary, Alberta

A Post installation wireless survey was carried out upon clients’ request in Calgary, Alberta to help troubleshoot the wireless issues. The site had 16 Wireless Access Points (MR42E) installed to cover a 65K sq ft area.

Phase 2 Day 3 - Wireless Site Survey, London, Ontario

Here is the quick update on Day 3.

- Completed safety briefing
- Completed AP on the stick survey in the Plant/Brewery 50K sq ft.

We have noticed that much older building has cinder block on them to separate room and they do attenuate lots of wireless signals. As depicted by the picture attached with lots of Access Points in a such small area.

Phase 2 Day 2 - Wireless Site Survey, London, Ontario

Here is the quick update on Day 2.

- Completed safety briefing
- Completed AP on the stick survey in the Basement of the Administration Building area with approximately 40K sq ft.

Lots of AP due to cinder blocks. We have noticed that much older building has cinder block on them to separate room and they do attenuate lots of wireless signals. As depicted by the picture attached with lots of Access Points in a such small area.

Phase 2 DAY 1

Finally, after a grueling 9 days of AP on the Stick site (APoS) survey using Ekahau Site Survey and Cisco 2802 and 9120 AXI Access Points, we submitted 150 pages of detailed wireless and wired survey report to our client in London, Ontario.

We are back at it this week. We just started Phase 2 of the project.

3Sab just completed a wireless site survey using ekahau site survey pro in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The site was almost 400k sq ft which included warehouse and office area. We used two engineer to scan the existing wireless infrastructure based this and couple of AP on the stick survey we design a new wireless infrastructure for our client. Client were using Ubiquity Access Points previously now they will be using Cisco 9120i.

DAY 6

As you know just started a new AP on the stick (APoS) wireless site survey in London, Ontario using Ekahau site survey pro. Finally, on DAY 5 we are able to complete the work in the plant.
