I’m the luckiest business owner in Atlantic Canada. 🤩

I don’t usually like to brag, and I certainly don’t want to take anything away from the many great phone shops in Fredericton. I have great relationships with the people behind them, and there are some genuinely great businesses in this city.

But when it comes to customer service, I truly believe our team excels.

Our guys are patient, kind, respectful, and genuinely care about the people who walk through our doors. I’ve honestly had to remind them more than once that we’re a business and have bills to pay, because they’re so focused on making sure the customer gets a fair deal. 😂

When something doesn’t go right, they’ll go out of their way to make it right. And when I see a review like this, it honestly makes me incredibly proud.
