So it turned out my medical issues were worse than expected. I had open heart surgery and some complications. I am still recovering but am much more mobile than I was just a while ago. I will be opening the store tomorrow December the 1st with limited hours of 11 to 5 Monday to Friday. Please be patient as I may be a little slower than usual. I appreciate your support and hope to see you soon.

Unfortunately due to a medical emergency I was forced to close the store for a short time. Staff at the Fredericton hospital are taking excellent care of me and I hope to be able to reopen the store sometime next week. I know some customers are waiting for work, once I am able to get back I will take care of everything. Thank you for your support and understanding.I appreciate your business.

Attention Koodo customers
Due to the new 911 tax imposed on your accounts by the New Brunswick Government some customers are having their services suspended due to the 97 cent fee not being part of the authorized billing amount in their accounts. If you have a credit card registered and loose service you can dial *611 from your phone and select a manual credit card payment for the 97 cents plus tax or log into your self serve account to authorized the extra payment. If you use vouchers you should buy an extra voucher of $10 to $15 dollars and load on your account to cover this fee for a while. Koodo is working on fixing this issue but was given very little time by the government to adjust to this new tax. As stated before the government 911 fee has been part of your bill for decades but this is a new fee they are calling a tax is something all companies are scrambling to adjust to.
