Three Layer Solutions

Do you like saving money? We just added an "open box" section to our website!

Sometimes we will order a piece of equipment to test it out, or just to familiarize ourselves with the ecosystem before we recommend it to a client. Without an immediate need for these items, we're selling them at pretty steep discounts to clear out inventory.

If you're looking for a network or phone system upgrade, we'd be happy to mark these down some more!

Check out our current selection of gently used hardware here:

We have a new website!

The original Three Layer Solutions website was made with WordPress back in 2022. We're happy to admit that it wasn't very good.

Four years later, it has been rebuilt from the ground up to be faster, easier to navigate, and much nicer to look at.

Have a look — and let us know if you find any bugs!

A shipment of routers, switches, and access points arrived for one of our clients today! It's always exciting when new toys show up.

Now it's provisioning time!

Do you have an old Panasonic phone system that's no longer being serviced? They seem to be pretty popular in Fredericton.

No need to worry — we can help. If you want to keep your analog deployment alive for a little while longer, we can help you update all of your extensions and mailboxes to drag your phone system out of 2015.

Or, we can replace it with a modern, IP-based system that — let's be honest — is better in pretty much every way. You might need a network upgrade to support an IP phone deployment but we can help with that, too!

As always: no hidden fees, no contracts, and absolutely no upselling.

This is a snip of the call detail record for one of our clients, shared with permission.

We have censored the legitimate calls, for obvious reasons. The rest are spam calls. SIXTEEN in four days. Over 50% of the calls they get are illegitimate.

Fortunately, with Three Layer Solutions, all of those calls were blocked. This client avoided four spam calls per day, on average, using our spam blocking system.

Some tips for anyone facing spam callers:

1. The "V821579152..." caller IDs are auto-dialers. If these people had an ounce of sense, they'd change the caller ID to mask the system they're using. Never pick up calls from these numbers!

2. It's not included in the screenshot, but there is a suspicious lack of spam calls on weekends. This is by design — they tend to call during the day on weekdays to catch seniors while they are home alone.

3. When in doubt, don't even pick up the phone — they will leave a message if it's important, and you can call them back.

Please remind your family and friends to never trust numbers they don't recognize.
