Diagnosing MoBo…. Don’t worry, I wont power on before adding cooler or cool air on Processor…

Original issue: Turns on and off in a second
Result after out of pc case diagnosis: Turns on without any issue.

Re-assembled back in case: Turn ON, no issue at all.

Cause: MoBo may needed a full reset or may be grounding issue somewhere in pc case.
